The Martin family opened their first restaurant, “Maison Martin & Fils,” opposite Menton’s market halls in 2011. Building on the success of this venture, brothers Thibault & Benoît Martin continued their journey in Menton by opening the festive restaurant Les Incompris in 2021, which quickly won over locals and tourists alike.
