The Martin family opened their first restaurant, Maison Martin & Fils, opposite Menton’s market hall in 2011. Building on that success, brothers Thibault and Benoît Martin continued their adventure together in Menton, launching in 2021 the festive restaurant Les Incompris on the Sablettes, which quickly won over locals and visitors from the French Riviera alike.

In 2024, their venue reinvented itself and established itself as an unmissable address on the Côte d’Azur. Proud of their heritage and passion for the French art de vivre, the Martin brothers have turned Les Incompris into a unique gathering place between the sea and Mediterranean gastronomy.
